About Digimon World Definitive Edition Wiki
Your community-driven resource center for Digimon World Definitive Edition
Welcome to Digimon World Definitive Edition Wiki
Digimon World Definitive Edition Wiki is an unofficial, fan-made resource website dedicated to helping players learn about the non-profit fan remake "Digimon World Definitive Edition". We are a community-driven platform that provides resources about partner care, digivolution, recruitment, and announced remake features. The project is described as in development; supported platforms and a release date remain unconfirmed.
Whether you are researching the remake or revisiting the original PlayStation game, Digimon World Definitive Edition Wiki aims to distinguish original-game background from verified remake information.
Our Mission
Our mission is simple: to empower Digimon World Definitive Edition players with clearly sourced information and version-aware explanations that help them succeed in the game. We strive to:
- Provide reliable information: Distinguish announcements, gameplay evidence, and original-game mechanics
- Build useful tools: Organize raising, evolution, and progression resources as sources become available
- Foster community: Create a welcoming space where players can learn, share strategies, and grow together
- Stay accessible: Keep all resources free and easy to use for players of all skill levels
Our Vision
We envision Digimon World Definitive Edition Wiki as the go-to destination for every Digimon World Definitive Edition player seeking to improve their gameplay. We want to be the resource that players trust and rely on, whether they need partner-care information, digivolution explanations, or context for announced remake features.
What We Offer
Digivolution Research
Explore evolution topics while keeping original-game requirements separate from changes confirmed for the fan remake.
Exploration and Recruitment
Research File City, recruitment, and exploration. Original-game locations and objectives require confirmation before being described as remake content.
Digimon Roster Research
Follow announced Digimon additions and evolution stages. No complete playable roster is claimed.
Announced Features
Project publicity describes widescreen support, additional Digimon, online battles, and expanded saves. Announcements do not establish availability in a playable build.
Training and Care
Explore partner raising, training, and care as research topics. Remake-specific mechanics must be supported by versioned evidence.
Multilingual Support
The planned site languages are English, Brazilian Portuguese, and Spanish. Translation availability may differ by page.
Community-Driven
Digimon World Definitive Edition Wiki is built by the community, for the community. We welcome contributions, feedback, and suggestions from players of all skill levels. Our editorial priorities include:
- Player feedback: Your suggestions help us improve and expand our resources
- Community discoveries: New strategies, hidden mechanics, and pro tips shared by players
- Game updates: We seek project announcements and identify their source
- Version differences: We separate original PlayStation mechanics from fan-remake claims
